Mutually Agreed Divorce Service in Spain

Who it is for

Couples who want to divorce in the country and agree on everything. This includes who the children live with, child support and visits. Because there is no fight in court, this kind of divorce, often called an express divorce, is usually quicker, cheaper and less stressful.

What you need

• At least three months must have passed since the wedding
• You do not need to prove that anyone did anything wrong
• Both spouses must agree on all terms, written in a divorce agreement (called the Convenio)
