A non-disclosure agreement is a contract in which one side promises to keep secret the private information it learns from the other side. It is common between employers and staff, or companies and consultants. It needs careful wording so that every likely situation is covered.
What the service covers
- a first talk with an English-speaking lawyer about your goals and concerns
- writing the agreement in English, the local language, or both
- sending the draft to you for approval
- going with you, or for you, to sign it before a notary (an official who witnesses and certifies documents)
