What is needed

How it works
- Owners' meeting: a meeting is held to agree on closing. If there is only one director, this is a simple formality.
- Official record: the decision is signed before a notary (an official who certifies documents) and registered in the company register.
- Settling up: the company's things are sold, debts are paid, and anything left is shared among the owners.
- Final taxes: final tax forms are filed and government bodies are told.
- Removal: the company is taken off all official registers, so it no longer exists.
